Job Description
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Central London (5 days in the office)
Salary: Β£25,000βΒ£32,000 + APC support + benefits
RICS Accredited degree required.
A dynamic and fast growing cost and project management consultancy is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their London residential team. You will be working residential projects across all tenures, including Later Living, PBSA, BTR, Student Accommodationwith project vales up to Β£100 million.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of experience QS experience to work on large developer lead projects with a company that will invest in APC support including an external Assessor who offers 1 -1 support and couching and recently qualified QS to help guide you through the APC process.
