Job Description

An opportunity to support at Board level within a prominent FTSE 100 organisation for a committed career EA who is not afraid to take tough decisions (or ask difficult questions!).

We are seeking a dedicated, senior level Executive Assistant who is capable of working with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy in this high-profile, fast-paced, corporate HQ EA role. Handling one of the most complex calendars in the organisation, your prowess as a cross-border diary manager will be absolutely critical and as such, we will need to see evidence of at least five years supporting at 1:1 at senior level in an international environment.

This role requires an EA with discipline and solid judgement when it comes to delivering for a dynamic Board member who seeks an EA who can really level with them. We are hunting out those who are capable of overwhelming the toughest logistical challenge. Are you able to truly walk in your boss’s shoes to ensure that the international week flows as smoothly as possible?

This is a role for someone who enjoys the closeness and challenge of managing a 1:1 relationship – this is a high stakes, often extremely sensitive position and will only succeed when both parties truly embrace the partnership.

If your laser focus on the details is regularly commented on, if you are the kind of EA who is always on the receiving end of stakeholder compliments about your ability to make things ‘just happen’ and if you are ready to take the next step in terms of exposure and complexity in your EA career, we’d love to hear from you.

This role comes with stable core hours, hybrid working from a prestigious Central London office location, bonus and pension benefits.
