The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within Customer Care in the Bereavement Services department. The position is for 0.68 FTE (25 hours) per week over Monday – Friday, working shifts of 8am-1pm and 11am-4pm, alternating on a weekly basis.

About you

You will provide reception, clerical and administrative support within a multi-agency Streetscape and Bereavement Service and ensure that administrative processes related to the work of the team are effectively and efficiently delivered

You will deliver a high standard of service, with the utmost compassion and dedication to the people of Cheshire East and surrounding areas, working effectively with IT to ensure an compliance with legislation and accurate record production.

The successful candidate will have:

· Empathy, compassion and a willingness to go above and beyond;

· A high degree of interpersonal skills;

· The ability to converse at ease with our external customers, ranging from Funeral Directors to individuals and families;

· A flexible approach to work;

· Understanding of IT software such as a range of Microsoft 365 products and an ability to adapt to new systems.
