This Senior Associate – Employment Law role is a permanent opportunity based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, offering strong career progression, support from top-tier legal professionals, and a high-calibre client base.

With a flexible PQE requirement (ideally 2-5 years), this role suits an ambitious Employment Solicitor ready to step into a more senior position and contribute to a market-leading team that works across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role

• Advise employer clients on a full range of employment matters, both contentious and advisory
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
• Draft employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Deliver client training and support business development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with ideally 2-5 years\’ PQE in Employment Law
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Confident in client engagement and relationship building
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and desire to grow
