A leading Thames Valley firm is seeking an accomplished Employment Solicitor or Partner (5+ years\’ PQE) to join its highly ranked team. With a reputation for excellence in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500, the team delivers commercially astute, strategic advice across contentious and non-contentious matters.

This opportunity suits an established or up and coming senior employment solicitor who thrives on building long-term client relationships, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing success of a respected and forward-thinking practice.

Responsibilities and requirements

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality employment law advice across contentious and non-contentious matters; build and maintain client relationships; contribute to business development and mentoring.

Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years\’ PQE in employment law from a recognised firm; strong academic credentials; excellent communication and leadership skills.
