I am working with a dealership who are seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor

Job Location – Guildford, Surrey

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.30 with 30 minute unpaid break

1 in 4 Saturdays: 07:00 – 13:00 on a rota basis

Salary:

£31,620.50 per annum including bonus

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and a modern, efficient parts service.
• The primary responsibility is to maintain high service levels to the Workshop and manage a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
• You should be a well-rounded individual with knowledge of all aspects of a parts department, such as goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. Parts verification experience would be advantageous.
• You will interact professionally with customers, providing a personal focus as expected by the brand.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration
