Job Description

This is a part-time position; the salary will be pro-rata\’d based on hours worked.
We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team at Craigellachie. If you are forward-thinking, child-centered, and committed to leading and supporting a team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, this role is ideal. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily operational tasks within the house at a management level, and contributing to the development of others.
Requirements
This position is considered a Regulated Role under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020, and membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details can be found here.
Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check before a formal offer is made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
