We’re seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join a well-established clinical service in Keele, offering a hybrid working pattern (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

As Clinical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC regulations — all while working closely with operational and governance leads.

  • Working Pattern: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
  • Hours: 9am–5pm
  • Salary: £63,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior clinical leadership across multidisciplinary services
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Governance Lead
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulatory standards
  • Lead and oversee safeguarding procedures
  • Support and supervise Autism and ADHD assessments across the service
