We are currently recruiting for a Care & Support Worker to join our team at Caremark.

Working Hours
6:45AM – 10PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends.
Role Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Supporting customers with their care needs, including dressing, toileting, bathing, shaving, skin, hair, foot, and dental hygiene, in line with their care plans.
- Daily Living: Assisting with medication, meal preparation, eating, drinking, mobility, laundry, tidying, and cooking.
- Community Engagement: Accompanying customers to activities, shopping, appointments, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Companionship: Building professional relationships and supporting emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Supporting the Field Care Supervisor in quality control and supervising Care & Support Workers.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ/QCF level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience working in domiciliary or home care.
- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
