Revenue Recovery Officer Salary: £15 – £18 per hour Job Type: Full-Time, Temp Contract (5 months) Location: Mostly remote, with occasional office days Training: Full training provided Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Recovery Officer to join our client's team on a 5 month contract. This role is predominantly remote, offering flexibility while requiring occasional office visits. If you excel in data handling and communication and have a keen eye for accuracy, then feel free to apply! Key Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently handle and enter data. Maintain precise and up-to-date case management records. Conduct telephone communications with internal and external stakeholders. Produce and send written correspondence regarding revenue protection actions. Receive and accurately record payments. Calculate fares and handle associated tasks. Create purchase orders and process invoices. About You: The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
