An integrated events agency delivering impactful production, technical support, set build and creative design services to a broad range of clients. Amongst their production capabilities this events agency also offer video, digital and further design services to their well-established client base.

Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and experiential events; working both in the UK and Internationally. THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Junior Event Production Manager to join the team to support the production team with the technical delivery of events. Working along side Production Manager on site you will be hands on in the technical / AV deliver and set up.

As a Junior Event Production Manager, key responsibilities include:

– Receiving and interpreting client briefs

– Coordinating all technical aspects

– Briefing onsite crew and freelancers

– Budget management

– Overseeing job prep internally

– Preparing technical plans including CAD plans

– Creating crewing and equipment lists

– Conducting site visits

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be working as a Junior Event Production Manager with on site AV experience. The successful applicant will be supported in all elements of their role and training will be provided where necessary however you must have 2-3 years\’ experience within the events sector with a basic understanding of AV disciplines.
