Senior Associate Director + Team Lead at Oliver Bernard
ÂŁ70 to ÂŁ80K plus benefits
I’m supporting a growing tech company in the care sector looking for a hands on AI Product Engineer to help them build useful and privacy conscious AI features into their platform.
This is not a hardcore AI Engineer role. It is a Product focused full stack role, centred around delivering real user impact with tools powered by GenAI and LLMs. You’ll work directly with leadership, prototype quickly and help define how AI is used across the product.
Key experience required
- 3-5 years\’ experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- Keen interest and experience with AI (personal or commercial)
- Strong full stack skills using Node, TypeScript and React
- Hands on experience building and releasing AI or LLM powered features
- Familiar with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock or vector databases
- You understand and have mitigated risks like hallucinations and prompt injection
- You care about users and product quality
Nice to have
- Background in regulated sectors or B2B SaaS
- Experience in fast moving startups or scale ups
- Worked closely with product and design in cross functional teams
- CS or related education
The team is based in central London and works from the office two days a week (Wednesdays + Fridays)
