We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Private and Lifestyle Management PA to support an UHNW Principal, a prominent philanthropist and art collector in both personal and business matters. A unique opportunity to work closely with a leader involved in diverse sectors including philanthropy, art, cultural preservation, and education across the world. Working closely with the Principal, their family, and their wider support network, this dynamic and varied role ensures the seamless management of all aspects of their lifestyle. It requires a Private PA with exceptional discretion, strong organisational skills, and strong international experience.Key responsibilities will include:Executive and Lifestyle Management: Oversee complex schedules, manage correspondence, and handle high-level lifestyle requests including cultural and luxury eventsDiary & Schedule Management: Maintain a meticulously organised calendar, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure timely responses to all personal and business commitmentsOn-the-Ground Support: Provide comprehensive support during trips, including travelling with Principal, managing last-minute changes, handling issues, and running errands to ensure a seamless experienceProject Assistance: Provide ad hoc support on wellness, business, and personal projects, aligning with the Principal’s interests and initiativesCultural and Philanthropic Support: Facilitate projects aligned with Principal’s philanthropic initiatives, including partnerships with institutions globallyEvent Management: Assist in organising and coordinating prestigious events, often involving high-profile attendees from the art and philanthropic sectorsWhat we are looking for: Ideally 5+ years in a Private/Executive PA role supporting UHNW individuals / families, with experience in private environmentsPrevious experience working in or with connections to the Middle East / Asia is beneficialProactive approach to complex logistics, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in high-pressure situationsAbility to handle highly confidential information with the utmost care.Well-connected within London’s luxury scene, with a pulse on the latest trends, events, and high-end services
