A growing Software house in Birkenhead is looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of one of their core squads. This isn’t just about managing people it’s about driving delivery, making architectural decisions, and staying hands-on with the tech. You’ll be the go-to for your team, helping them level up while ensuring the product keeps moving forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a small squad of Software developers
- Getting hands-on with Angular (v8+)you’ll need to know your stuff here
- Supporting backend and data logic,full-stack experience helps
- Coaching, mentoring, doing 1:1s, and helping devs grow
- Working closely with product and engineering heads to shape roadmaps
