Your new company My client is one of the world\’s leading multi-disciplinary consultancy firms with a UK Environment Practice of approximately 600 people providing world class consultancy and advisory services. Your new role They are looking for an individual with practical experience of environmental coordination, assessment and management to join their team in Bristol or Birmingham, where they work collaboratively with a range of technical specialists on a broad range of projects, assisting with the co-ordination of environmental assessments and other environmental deliverables.Their projects include sustainable energy projects (solar, wind energy and hydro-electric schemes) novel energy storage projects, major motorway junction and other highways schemes, nationally significant rail projects, master planning at MoD sites, infrastructure projects for water companies, including a large reservoir proposal, and coastal defence projects for the Environment Agency.Responsibilities: Assisting on the coordination and delivery of environmental work being undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams including EIA, options appraisals and environmental management.
