Catering Operations Manager – £38-40 + amazing company benefits depending on experience

This stunning venue in Norfolk set in acres of its own grounds operating as a Charitable Trust is now seeking an Catering Operations manager to take ownership of the restaurants offering, events, food service and staff development

this site is highly seasonal with numbers fluctuating between 100-300 in the winter to 3000 in the summer with staffing levels to accommodate

for this Catering Operations Manager role you will be required to support the director in delivering on the below:

Operations Manager – Events/Catering Objectives 2025

  1. Enhance Event Offerings:
  2. Streamline the running of the events
  3. improve catering revenue and profitability
  4. Expand the menu offerings to account for seasonality
  5. staff development and training
  6. visitor/Guest experience
