Main Purpose of Role
To support the effective delivery of a large-scale water efficiency audit program within the Water Efficiency Department, through a combination of administrative, analytical, and coordination duties. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and consistent communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Primary work duties include:
– Reviewing technician survey reports and translating findings into Excel models to assess savings from same-day installations.
– Producing financial analysis, including return on investment forecasts, for proposed water-saving projects.
– Generating structured reports in line with company templates to summarise findings and recommendations.
– Tracking the progress and status of audit jobs, liaising between external client partners and the internal operations team to coordinate technician scheduling.
– Supporting the handover of project opportunities generated by audits to the appropriate internal teams.
– Preparing quotes for a range of water efficiency projects and products.
– Supporting all commercial administration duties related to contract and project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- To coordinate and manage administration across all aspects of the audit program: job tracking, data analysis, report creation, and scheduling.
- To work closely with the Head of Water Efficiency to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
- To interpret field reports and translate survey data into Excel tools for savings calculations and ROI forecasting.
- To maintain oversight of job progress and ensure clear handover of project opportunities between departments.
- To liaise with the business partner managing client bookings, and coordinate operations team activities accordingly.
- To prepare professional, customer-facing reports and quotations aligned with brand and service standards.
- To support the use and development of field services software used for tracking and reporting on works.
- To provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.
- To evaluate program performance and contribute to ongoing process and efficiency improvements.
- To track and report on income linked to operational activity and liaise with finance for invoicing.
- To maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring excellent service throughout.
