About the role:
Do you have the WOW Factor? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking fun-loving assistants to join the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) Kids Club team. This position is ideal for responsible, reliable, team-oriented, and well-groomed childcare professionals.
You will support the Supervisor in managing and supervising all activities for children in the KFAS program according to corporate standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. You will ensure that creative, educational, and fun activities are provided daily for children aged 4 to 12 years.
The Kids Club operates Thursday to Sunday from 9 am to 5:30 pm during term time and is open 7 days a week during school holidays, including public holidays.
What you will do:
- Welcome children and families with warmth and professionalism
- Plan, lead, and supervise engaging indoor and outdoor activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and nature walks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed and reassured
- Support team members and contribute to the overall guest experience
What you bring:
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., childcare, education, recreation, hospitality)
- Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage children of varying ages and interests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and safety-conscious
- First Aid and/or child safeguarding certifications are a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays
