Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\\n\\nWe are looking for a Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\\n\\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\\n\\nAs the Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\\n\\nThe Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative, will be responsible for:\\n\\n * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for air source heat pump systems.\\n\\n * Carry out reactive maintenance and troubleshoot faults.\\n\\n * Supervise and mentor prisoner working groups on maintenance tasks.\\n\\n * Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and management.\\n\\n * Maintain health, safety, and environmental (SHE) standards.\\n\\n * Record work and close out tasks in SAP system.\\n\\n * Participate in emergency response and call-out rota.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with technical standards and risk procedures.\\n\\n * Support connection and integration of systems into existing plant.\\n\\n * Maintain and update operations and maintenance documentation.\\n\\nTo be successful for this Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative role you must have:\\n\\n * Full domestic A.C.S. qualifications (CPA1, CENWAT, CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, MET1/2).\\n\\n * City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in gas or heating.\\n\\n * Gas Safe registration.\\n\\n * Air Source Heat Pump certification (desirable, training available if not held).\\n\\n * WRAS certificate or willingness to complete WRAS training.\\n\\n * Minimum of two yearsβ experience in plumbing or heating.\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.\\n\\n * Good communication and problem-solving skills.\\n\\n * Experience in custodial or secure environments (preferred).\\n\\n * Willingness to work weekends or on-call when needed.\\n\\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Air Source Heat Pump Maintenance Operative, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
