Job Description The Revenues Team plays a critical role within the Council and are responsible for the annual collection of £45m to fund public services and the distribution of £13m in Welfare Benefit payments to the residents of Clackmannanshire. The Revenues Team is split into two functions: Welfare & Benefits – Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Scottish Welfare Fund, and Council Tax, Rates & Collection – Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Sundry Debts & Payments. As a member of the Revenues Team, the Revenues Officer will work with the relevant Senior Revenues Officer, Revenues Supervisor and Revenues Manager to support the operational delivery of an efficient and effective Revenues Service. As such you may be asked to work within any function of the Revenues Team.
