Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Processing sales orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date CRM/customer records. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for the team. Monitoring multiple inboxes, allocating tasks, and following up on outstanding orders and payments. Generating weekly and monthly sales reports. Supporting account managers as their internal buddy. Managing stock levels, deliveries, and days in hand. Identifying opportunities to upsell and build long-term customer relationships.
