My client is an industry leading footwear brand based in Hammersmith. They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager (12-month Fixed Term Contract) to help grow their super loyal customer base. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing. They are offering a hybrid model of working 2/3 days in their Hammersmith office a week. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000+ benefits.

You will have 5 direct reports (2x CRM Execs, 2x CRM Assistants and a CRM Analyst). You will need a good understanding of the customer journey and providing actionable insight to help educate the Digital team on the customer. You will own the Global email channel guiding your team to achieve team and personal objectives via managing the customer Lifecycle and acquisition to retention.

You will have CRM/Email marketing experience within an Ecommerce environment. You will have a good working knowledge and high level of understanding of CRM, integrated channel marketing and marketing automation to help define and establish campaign planning, structure and KPIs. You will be energetic, outgoing, proactive, hands-on, and flexible.
