A confidential luxury fashion brand is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a high-profile flagship-level boutique in Central London. The role requires a commercially minded and operationally strong leader who thrives in dynamic, high-touch environments.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Operationally Astute: You will oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes across stock flow, rotas, reporting, boutique maintenance, H&S compliance, and cost efficiency. You’ll have experience working with KPIs, P&L management, and driving team productivity through clear structure and ownership.
- Clienteling-Oriented: A proven track record in high-level client development is essential. You understand how to engage, retain, and reactivate top-tier clientele through tailored outreach, styling appointments, exceptional aftercare, and CRM strategies. You know how to elevate service to create loyalty and lifetime value.
- Strong in VM & Product Presentation: You are highly attentive to detail and passionate about visual merchandising that reflects luxury brand values. You’ll own the look and feel of the space, ensuring the boutique always reflects impeccable brand standards.
- A Natural People Leader: You have experience leading and inspiring a team in a luxury fashion environment. You’ll focus on recruitment, training, performance management, and developing a service-first culture. You’ll also play a key role in hiring future team members as the boutique expands.
- Network Builder: You\’ll take initiative to build partnerships with five-star hotels, concierges, and private networks to bring new clients into the store. You understand the power of local relationships in building boutique visibility and long-term revenue.
- Results-Driven: You’ll have a commercial mindset, with the ability to link team performance, service standards, and client development directly to sales growth. You know how to measure success, and you’re hands-on in delivering it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Full management of boutique operations, team leadership, and service excellence
- Maximising sales and driving KPIs such as ATV, UPT, and conversion
- Developing and implementing a bespoke CRM strategy
- Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, and stock integrity
- Establishing local partnerships to support business growth
- Coaching and developing a team to deliver a luxury experience
- Planning staffing in line with store needs and commercial rhythms
- Leading events and styling appointments for high-value clients
