We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional currently studying ACCA or CIMA who is eager to further develop their management accounts experience and gain exposure to partnering with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting. Support forecasting and budgeting processes to help drive accurate financial planning. Work closely with operational teams to analyse financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making. Provide insights and financial analysis on key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Participate in the production of financial reports and presentations for senior management. Collaborate on ad hoc financial projects to support broader business objectives. About You: Currently studying ACCA/CIMA with a strong understanding of management accounts. Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
