Motus Commercials located in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicatedCustomer Service Advisorto join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
45 hours per week, 5 days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
(Alternative shift patterns can be discussed)

As a Customer Service Advisor atMotus Commercialsin AVONMOUTH we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties for our Customer Service Advisor are:
1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Utilising various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email to best handle the customer
3. Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution
4. Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers.
5. To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Customer Service Advisors.
6. Maximise opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customer good value for money
7. Promote and upsell vehicle service and maintenance contracts
8. Attend manufacture and dealer training courses to develop and grow skill sets
