Job Description

Meraki Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading Private Bank in the search for an Assistant Relationship Officer a key role that plays an integral part in supporting Relationship Officers and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Relationship Officers with daily client servicing, including payments, transfers, FX, securities processing, and deposit management.
  • Communicate directly with clients on routine queries and follow-ups, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete onboarding and periodic reviews and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review documentation to support client activities.
  • Perform research and assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, including AML, KYC, FATCA/CRS, cross-border, and absence management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments, providing troubleshooting support when required.

Candidate Profile.

  • IAD/IMC Qualified or studying towards qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management
  • Sound understanding of banking processes, investment products, and regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
  • High attention to detail with a service-orientated mindset.
