We are currently recruiting for a QESH Coordinator within our Manchester Blowmoulding team. The role involves implementing and maintaining Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, working closely with Dairy HSE managers and the Blow Moulding Technical Manager to improve QESH performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and develop Blow Moulding testing and Quality Management Systems in line with MMI standards.
- Conduct Quality Review activities to ensure continuous improvement in quality performance.
- Manage governance and reporting for QESH metrics and KPIs.
- Support integration of QMS within the site and group standards, including hazard & risk management, audits, and hygiene standards.
- Lead internal and external quality and H&S audits, ensuring legal compliance.
- Contribute to and support H&S strategies, review activities, and reporting.
- Ensure site accreditation standards are met and maintained.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Support the development of technical and QESH capabilities within the team.
- Promote a positive operating culture and share best practices across sites.
Skills and Experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BRC Packaging Audits.
- H&S Management System experience (e.g., OHSAS18001).
- Environmental Management System experience (e.g., ISO14001).
- Minimum of 2 years in a middle or senior management position.
- Ability to prepare and deliver QESH training sessions.
- Experience in internal auditing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
