Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite
Type: Permanent
We’re hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis across a broad and business-critical IT portfolio. This is a high-impact role supporting major digital transformation programmes, with a focus on resilience, cyber security, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic goals and shape future-facing IT solutions.
- Lead and direct business analysis activities across a complex portfolio, supported by internal teams and external partners.
- Own all aspects of requirements development, from early-stage shaping and operating model definition to delivery support.
- Present solution options and recommendations to senior sponsors and programme boards.
- Coach and support junior BAs while promoting continuous improvement across the analysis function.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong business analysis experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven ability to lead virtual BA teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and defining operating models.
