Northumberland Youth Justice Service works with young people (aged 10 to 19) to prevent offending, reoffending, and to help them engage in activities that fulfill their potential.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our Youth Justice Service, specifically supporting Out of Court Disposals (OOCDs). The OOCDs divert children and young people from court involvement. After a comprehensive assessment, you will make recommendations to the OOCD panel regarding the most appropriate outcomes and intervention plans. Following panel attendance, you will support the implementation of the agreed plan through a series of intervention sessions over 2-4 months.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Morpeth, covering the whole of Northumberland.
