Overview
Casual Male Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter! Location: Kennington, Oxfordshire. Salary: £14.20 per hour plus benefits. Hours: 8.00am to 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 8.00am (Monday to Sunday on a mixed shift rota basis. Shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support). Contract: Casual. Driving Licence: Manual UK license required. Visa Sponsorship: Not available.

Who You’ll Be Supporting
I am a young man with autism and moderate learning difficulties, living in a purposeful home. I like routine and predictability. I enjoy going out in my vehicle daily on a pre-planned route. I love music, BBC radio, and colouring activities. My support workers need to be dedicated, resilient, creative, flexible and able to think outside the box to help me reach my full potential. I have been institutionalised most of my life and now, with SeeAbility\’s support workers, my days are active and enjoyable.
You’ll be making an impact with a person who has:
