Job Description
The Role
I am partnering with a forward-thinking, growing organisation that’s entering an exciting phase of building out its HR function. As the Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the organisations recruitment processes. You’ll work closely with a commercial, well-regarded Chief People Officer, who will offer strategic support while giving you autonomy and ownership to run and evolve the recruitment function.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Partner and build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Working closely with external recruitment partners, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ownership of the recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to improving workflows and timelines, bringing structure to hiring across the organisation.
Key skills required
- 5 to 10 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience developing recruitment frameworks and delivering process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
