Job Title: STC Shift Process Operator- Waste Water
Location: Bexhill & Hastings – you MUST have a valid UK Drivers Licence (used for site vehicles; additional training will be provided)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £27,496.64 + 20% Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: Rotating schedule of 4 days on (2 days / 2 nights) followed by 4 days off, with each shift lasting 12 hours. After 7 rotations, an 18-day break is provided.
Location Preference: Ideally based in or around Bexhill & Hastings.
Experience: All industry backgrounds considered; focus on compliance, technical problem solving, repair, and maintenance.

You will be part of the frontline operations team, working in all weather conditions to ensure wastewater treatment and pumping stations operate smoothly, maintaining supply and protecting the environment.
Manage your own time with weekly generated work, learning to be organized and proactive.
Core responsibilities include:
- Compliance testing
- Maintenance tasks (unblocking pumps, screens, valves)
- Alarm system repairs
- Data monitoring, reporting for compliance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
