Job Description
We're partnering with a leading premium fashion brand to recruit a highly organised and commercially-minded Wholesale Merchandiser to oversee global wholesale processes across large accounts across the UK and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of wholesale delivery—from freight to finance, systems to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the end-to-end wholesale lifecycle, including customer onboarding, order processing, invoicing, returns, and account support. • Lead on freight and outbound planning, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. • Drive process improvement and system optimisation across wholesale operations, partnering with technical and commercial teams. • Manage a small team with responsibility for development, workflow planning, and recruitment. • Lead cross-functional communication with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. • Take ownership of wholesale operations projects, from system upgrades to documentation and best practice development.
About You: • Background in wholesale operations, merchandising operations, or supply chain within fashion or a related industry. • Strong understanding of ERP systems • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally. • Confident team manager and stakeholder communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
