Interim Right to Buy Surveyor – Norfolk
I am working with a Local Authority in Norfolk looking to recruit an Interim Right to Buy Surveyor to support the busy Housing and Property Services team. This role involves carrying out property valuations and inspections in line with Right to Buy legislation, ensuring statutory timescales are met and compliance standards are upheld. There are currently 200+ to start getting through!
- Interview slots for next week, looking for the candidate to start ASAP
- 2 days on site/site visits, 3 days remote working
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake accurate valuations for Right to Buy applications
- Liaise with legal and housing teams to support the RTB process, including work around service charges
- Maintain clear records and deliver a customer-focused service
Requirements:
