Personal Injury Solicitor or Equiv (2-5) | Award-Winning Culture | High-Quality Work
My client are a market-leading, multi-service firm who pride themselves on their award-winning practices and are always striving for the best outcome for their client. Due to ongoing success and growth they are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Solicitor or equiv. between 2-5 years’ PQE to join their well-regarded, dedicated team based in Chester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to take the next step in their career within a progressive, forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will handle a diverse and engaging caseload, including cases involving accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slips and trips, and medical negligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury matters, from inception to settlement or court proceedings with minimal supervision
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for court
- Representing clients at hearings and mediations when necessary
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance procedures and deadlines
- Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations
Key Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with ideally 2-5 years PQE in Personal Injury
- Solid experience managing pre & post litigated caseloads
- Knowledge of case management and portal systems
- Experience in specific areas such as clinical negligence, workplace injury, or public liability claims would be beneficial but not essential
- A proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
