Fusion Professional Ltd is a distribution company that manages and distributes professional haircare brands in the UK and Northern Ireland. They hold exclusive distribution rights for the award-winning Italian Organic Vegan Haircare range INSIGHT. The company targets the Hair and Beauty, Wellness, Hairdressing, Beauty, Barbering sectors, as well as Hotels, Spas, Gyms, and Leisure facilities. This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Brand Sales Consultant at Fusion Professional Ltd. The consultant will be responsible for brand sales and consultation to professional salons across the Southwest of England. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our premium range of professional haircare products to the region. As the face of our brand, you will build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and managers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs while growing brand presence and market share. 3+ years of experience in sales in the professional hair and beauty industry. ~ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ~ Strong understanding of the sales process and consultative selling approach. ~ Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for salon teams. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. ~ Willingness to travel within the region for the role and as required for the UK. ~ Full UK Driving Licence. Sales Growth & Account Management: Drive sales and meet targets by promoting and selling the company’s professional haircare products to salons within your assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing salon clients, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Conduct regular salon visits to introduce new products, present promotions, and follow up on orders. Product Training & Education: Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to salon professionals, educating them on product benefits, usage techniques, and retail opportunities. Organise and deliver product demonstrations, in-salon education sessions, and brand explore days to ensure proper product application and drive retail sales. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the companies values and ethos and maintaining a professional image in every interaction. Ensure that salons are effectively merchandising and showcasing products to enhance brand visibility. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client feedback, and potential opportunities for business development. Work closely with salons to support marketing and promotional initiatives that increase salon client spend and retail product sales. Collaborate with the education and marketing team to align on seasonal promotions, salon events, and exclusive offers. Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
