Shift Supervisor – Norwich – £40,000 + Exceptional Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor on behalf of a long-established, highly regarded Norwich-based manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role, managing a team of 10 and reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager in a clean production environment.

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring production lines run smoothly, delivering high-quality products to strict schedules and standards. You’ll take ownership of people, processes, and performance, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety, all while fostering a collaborative, motivated team culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and motivating your team to meet production targets
  • Managing resources and overseeing all shift operations
  • Driving a continuous improvement mindset, tackling challenges with a solutions-focused approach
  • Ensuring compliance with BRC and ISO standards (understanding of these are desirable, not essential)
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment through strong leadership and excellent housekeeping

  • Has proven supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or production setting
  • Can build trust, communicate clearly and inspire their team
  • Is passionate about continuous improvement and delivering results
