As a key player in our Project Management team, you\’ll be the right hand to Senior Project Managers on large-scale programs while owning smaller projects from kickoff to close. Think of yourself as the connector, the communicator, the one who makes it all run smooth—even when the stakes are high.
What You\’ll Do:
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and on scope—like a clockwork wizard
- Support big initiatives with clear communication and top-tier coordination
- Lead smaller projects with confidence, tracking tasks, timelines, risks & resources
- Host engaging meetings, wrangle action items, and keep all eyes on the goal
- Own project documentation—your SharePoint files will be legendary
- Partner with business units, IT, and external partners to drive real results
- Use Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies like a true hybrid hero
Your Toolbox:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role. (External OR internal customers)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Location: Portsmouth, NH – Hybrid
