Base pay range
The McCarthy Stone team are recruiting new team members for their Inbound Sales & Service team. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service to customers whilst booking appointments and qualifying leads from inbound calls with prospective home buyers.
Please note, this role is a 3 month temporary fixed term contract.
You must have solid sales and customer service experience.
Commission structure for this inbound team is £3 per site visit booked if hitting Level 5 QC. £4 per booking if hitting Level 4 QC. Commission is uncapped, paid with monthly salary and subject to usual deductions.
McCarthy Stone are a growing team, with lots of new streams of work, so variety and development within the role is possible.
Please note the company reserves the right to review, amend or retract the commission structure in line with business requirements.
What will I do in the role?
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- The first point of contact for all customer queries
- Brand ambassador for your client
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
What do I need?
- Previous sales experience
- Strong customer service background
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organised
Working Hours & Location:
- 20 hours per week
- Shifts of 11:00-16:00 4 days per week
- 2 in 6 Sundays
- This role is office based in Southend-On-Sea
