I'm working with a leading developer who is looking to add a Land Manager to the team. The ideal candidate is proactive in meeting and cultivating relationships with agents and land owners, and in identifying great land acquisition opportunities. The company has funding to acquire land and is well-positioned to develop new sites. The target areas are South Bristol, Somerset, and Devon; experience in these regions would be advantageous but is not essential.
Responsibilities:- Meeting with and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
- Identifying and securing new land acquisition opportunities.
- Driving deals through the acquisition process.
- Collaborating with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
- Representing the company at networking events and functions.
The role offers a salary of approximately £55k - £80k plus a package, including bonus.
