Ronald McDonald House Birmingham is a 66-bedroom House where families who have a child receiving treatment at Birmingham Children’s Hospital Centre can access overnight accommodation and support.
Working with the House team, the successful candidate will ensure high standards of Health and Safety, hygiene, and the general wellbeing of families are maintained throughout the House. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in supporting families in need and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Permanent, part-time positions 14 hours per week, with two flexible seven-hour shifts.

Since 1989, the Charity has been supporting families with children in hospital. This is an exciting time to join the Charity, which has been providing accommodation and support for families during such a traumatic time for 35 years.
Ronald McDonald House Charities UK offers free “home away from home” accommodation for families of sick children being treated in hospital. Our support helps ease financial worries, reduces travel stresses, keeps families together, and maintains family stability during difficult times. It makes a positive, tangible difference to families across the UK.
