We’re recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Team Members to join an award-winning hospitality department earning £12.21 per hour. In this role, you’ll support matchdays as well as conferences and events throughout the year, working across suites and bars to deliver excellent customer service and a warm welcome to all guests. Hospitality Team Member benefits: Training is included to prepare you for this role. Hospitality Team Member role: * Serving alcoholic beverages and soft drinks to guests and customers in corporate suites, boxes and bars * Providing and maintaining a high standard of customer service * Building rapport with guests and customers * Ensuring the Clubs hygiene, health and safety and equal opportunities policies are followed * Cash handling Hospitality Team Member pay: £12.21 per hour
