Role Overview:
This position offers the chance to work on complex, high-value matters across:
- Succession planning and wealth structuring
- Wills, probate, and cross-border estate administration
- Trust creation, restructuring, and governance
- Tax mitigation strategies for individuals and families
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications
- Family office-style services and intergenerational planning
You’ll collaborate closely with tax managers, trust professionals, and colleagues across disciplines on a caseload designed to challenge and engage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Deliver clear and empathetic advice tailored to high-net-worth clients
- Draft complex legal and tax-related documentation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure holistic client service

Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 4+ years’ PQE
- STEP qualification or actively pursuing it (preferred)

- Excellent drafting skills and interpersonal communication
