People & Development Assistant (Early Talent)
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

We’re working with a leading independent consultancy in the construction and property sector who are looking to hire a People & Development Assistant (Early Talent) to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in HR administration, early careers, or learning & development who’s looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and supporting future talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate graduate, apprenticeship, internship and work experience programmes.
- Schedule and deliver training sessions and early talent events.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Act as the key point of contact for early talent cohorts, line managers, and training providers.
- Maintain accurate data on programme performance and compliance.
- Support recruitment and assessment activities.
About You
- Previous experience in HR, early careers, or L&D.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
- Ideally some exposure to apprenticeship programmes, graduate schemes or professional qualification pathways.
