People & Development Assistant (Early Talent)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits

We’re working with a leading independent consultancy in the construction and property sector who are looking to hire a People & Development Assistant (Early Talent) to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in HR administration, early careers, or learning & development who’s looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and supporting future talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate graduate, apprenticeship, internship and work experience programmes.
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions and early talent events.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Act as the key point of contact for early talent cohorts, line managers, and training providers.
  • Maintain accurate data on programme performance and compliance.
  • Support recruitment and assessment activities.

About You

  • Previous experience in HR, early careers, or L&D.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ideally some exposure to apprenticeship programmes, graduate schemes or professional qualification pathways.
