About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our clients team on the late shift. This hands-on role involves precision machining, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-quality engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines with a proactive, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
- Deliver high-quality components to specification and deadlines
- Follow and uphold all company Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S and lean practices
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Adhere to process times and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Flex across related disciplines when needed, applying a multi-skilled approach
- Mentor and support cross-training initiatives across the team
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Machine experience withing a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of CNC programming
- Familiarity with turning and milling processes
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software
Shift Pattern
- Monday – Thursday: 14:30 – 22:30 (30-minute lunch break)
- Friday: 12:30 – 20:00
