About the Role
Panoramic is working with a local authority in Greater Manchester who is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer to manage a caseload of approximately 20 appeals, working alongside another Senior Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a caseload of c.20 tribunal appeals
- Prepare and review case bundles with dedicated bundling support
- Liaise with legal teams, appellants, and tribunal services
- Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in line with statutory requirements
- Provide expert advice and guidance on tribunal procedures and case strategy
What They\βre Looking For
- Proven experience in tribunal casework, ideally within a local authority
- Strong understanding of appeal processes and SEND legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Immediate availability or ability to start within 2 weeks
