  • Identify inefficiencies or technical issues in existing manufacturing methods and work with relevant teams to develop and implement practical, sustainable process improvements.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including external contractors, to coordinate on-site work and resolve technical queries.
  • Raise and manage necessary permits and safety documentation to support controlled execution of work and adherence to site and regulatory standards.
  • Play a key role in future planning to ensure smooth implementation of product R&D developments into production.

You’ll ideally come from an engineering or technical background with experience in manufacturing processes and a solid understanding of the realities of working on the shop floor. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This role offers a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and genuine headroom for career growth within a business that values innovation and continuous improvement.
