Join our academic institution in Southampton as a File Migration Assistant to help migrate records from SharePoint and Google Shared Drives. You'll collaborate with the Records Management Officer (RMO) and Designated Reviewers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and map contents of SharePoint and Google Shared Drives. Produce reports and file plans. Identify duplicates and obsolete records. Assist in manual file migrations. Attend Working Groups and liaise with Designated Reviewers. Review and update metadata for migrated files. Conduct quality checks and gather feedback.Qualifications: Experience with SharePoint and Google Shared Drives.
