National Account Manager – Off-Trade (Grocery Focus) Hybrid | Premium Craft Beer | £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus + Benefits This fast-growing and flavour-obsessed craft beer brand is on a mission to bring bold, beautifully balanced brews to the masses – and they’ve built a cult-like following in both the on- and off-trade as a result. With new listings secured and huge ambitions for the future, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager to drive growth across the grocery channel. The Opportunity You’ll be the go-to commercial lead for grocery customers – owning key accounts, developing JBPs, and unlocking new opportunities within the off-trade. Reporting into the Sales Director, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the brand’s off-trade strategy, building long-term relationships with buyers, and helping the business scale sustainably and creatively. This is a high-impact role where your voice will be heard, and your wins will be felt across. the business. Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership for major grocery and high-volume off-trade accounts Build and deliver customer-specific JBPs and promotional strategies Lead commercial negotiations, range reviews and NPD pitches Collaborate with marketing, operations and production to ensure customer excellence Identify and convert new business opportunities in the wider off-trade Deliver against ambitious growth targets while protecting brand equity About You You’re an experienced National Account Manager with a strong track record in the off-trade – ideally managing grocery customers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose or Ocado.
